Angkor Wat is a truly impressive sight. Constructed in early 12th Century, it is the largest religious monument in the world. This was one of the most memorable travel experiences I have ever had!

Bangkok weekends
It was 4 years prior that I first visited Bangkok, and you know what they say, second time is a charm. My first visit was focused on seeing some of the key sights of the city, while trying to acclimatise to the heat and time zone after a long haul flight from London. This second visit, a weekend escape from Singapore, was all about soaking up the vibrancy of this cool city!
Miyajima & Hiroshima in a day
Our busy 10 day trip to Japan meant we had only one full day to see both Miyajima and Hiroshima. Surprisingly it was do-able without feeling like a crazy rush!
